Mediation Pricing Guide

The sliding-fee scale below, when using Ms. Moore’s services as a mediator, is based on the parties' combined annual incomes.

Under $100,000 - $100.00 per hour

Between $100,000 and $150,000 - $150.00 per hour

Between $150,000 and $200,000 - $200.00 per hour

Between $200,000 and $250,000 - $250.00 per hour

Over $250,000 - $300.00 per hour

 Parties and/or attorneys will be required to provide proof of income. Proof of indigent status automatically qualifies the parties for the $100.00 per hour rate. Failure to provide proof of income, or waiver of proof of income, automatically starts the tier at $200.00 per hour.

*Scheduling Mediation: If you would like to schedule a mediation, please email me at Mediation@moorelegalassistance.com, and Ms. Moore's availability will be sent to you. Ms. Moore's availability ranges from 2 to 4 weeks for scheduling. If you need mediation sooner than 2–4 weeks, please let me know, and I will attempt to free up some time. 

Payment for the first hour is required prior to mediation to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the mediation session.
